TUNA FISH PIE 
4 tbsp. butter
Sm. chopped onion
4 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. boiling water
2 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. milk
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish
1 c. diced celery
3 hard cooked eggs

Cook onion and butter together. Add flour and seasoning, stir until smooth. Add water, bouillon cubes and milk, stir until sauce boils. Add tuna fish, celery and chopped eggs. Put in casserole. Cut out small baking powder biscuits, arrange on top. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees until biscuits are done (15 minutes).
