TUNA CHEESE PIE
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (water packed), drained
4 oz. grated sharp American cheese, 1/2 c.
1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.), cubed real sm.
2 oz. finely chopped green onion, 1/4 c.
2 c. whole milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1 dash nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease casserole dish, oblong 12x2 inch deep will do.

Mix drained tuna, cheeses and onions in dish and spread in casserole.

In blender put milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and nutmeg.

Blend for about 15-20 seconds and pour over mixture in casserole dish and bake until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes. Let stand for about 5 minutes before cutting.

Serve with crispy French cut beans and cold sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

A variation of the above pie can be done by using 12 slices of cooked crispy bacon - crumbled and 1 cup of sharp grated cheese and same amount of onions - except use white instead of green ones and also use 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
