SAUSAGE DINNER (KOLBASZOS EBED) 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. raw rice
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Lightly brown sausage and drain, cut into pieces. In a greased dish place vegetables in order given. Sprinkle with seasonings mixed together and top to sausage and cover. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
