SAUSAGE - VEGETABLE DINNER 
2 sausage links
Sliced potatoes
Bell pepper, cut in strips
Sliced carrots
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 onion, quartered
1 head cabbage, cored & quartered
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Cut sausage diagonally into slices. Wash potatoes, cut in slices.

Layer sausage, potatoes and next 5 ingredients in order given in a large Dutch oven. Sprinkling each vegetable layer with salt and pepper. Add water and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
