“CREAMED CHICKEN IN PARSLEY AND OLIVE BISCUIT RING” IS IN:

CREAMED CHICKEN IN PARSLEY AND
OLIVE BISCUIT RING
 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped pimento
1 cup diced cooked chicken
Biscuit Ring recipe

Melt butter and stir in flour.

Gradually add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add salt and pepper.

Place over hot water to keep hot.

Just before serving add onion, pimento and diced chicken. Pour into prepared Biscuit Ring and serve hot.

Serves 6.
