PUMPKIN SQUARES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin together. Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour into greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Beat until creamy. Frost cake when cool.
