EASY, FAST AND YUMMY MAC &
CHEESE
 
1 2 lb. package elbow macaroni noodles
1 18oz. container sour cream
2 8oz. packages shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk

Prepare macaroni noddles as directed on box. Mix sour cream, cheese and milk in medium/large size sauce pan on medium heat, stirring frequently so it doesn't burn (should look lumpy, but will turn creamy and orangish when done). Drain noodles and pour sauce over them in pot.

Enjoy!

This recipe is great for a potluck or lunch/dinner.

Serves 8.
