“MACARONI AND CHEESE” IS IN:

MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Wondra flour
1 cup milk
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. macaroni
Bread crumbs
Paprika

Melt butter; stir in flour. Add milk slowly to form a medium white sauce. Add grated Cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth. Boil macaroni according to package directions.

Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Place cooked, drained macaroni in dish and pour cheese sauce over top. Stir.

Sprinkle with buttered breadcrumbs, then paprika on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F until golden brown around edges.
