QUICK, EASY & SIMPLE MACARONI &
CHEESE
 
This is a favorite family recipe, hope you enjoy!!!

2 cups macaroni noodles
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. shredded Colby cheese and/or Colby-Jack (or use your favorite)
1 1/2 cups milk (give or take)
salt and pepper, to taste
dot with butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni as per package directions, drain.

In a 3-quart (or larger) casserole dish place half of macaroni in dish, salt and pepper to taste and dot with butter. Add 10 ounces of cheese and mix it a little bit with the cooked macaroni. Repeat process. Place remaining 4 ounces of cheese on top. Pat down gently.

Pour milk to cover over noodles but not completely over top of cheese. Don't mix!

Place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Note: Some people might like to add chopped onions and/or green peppers.
