PECAN PIE BROWNIES | |
1/4 c. butter 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Dash of salt 1 c. chopped pecans Melt butter over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar; cool. Beat in egg well. Mix salt, flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Spread in well greased cake or pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cut while warm. |
