BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour OR 4 c. Bisquick 3 tbsp. sugar 1 (12 oz.) bottle or can of beer (NOT lite beer) To flour or Bisquick in bowl add sugar and beer. Mix thoroughly. Spread in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbly. Remove from pan when cool. |
