FAMOUS BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 can of 12 oz. beer, any kind
3 tbsp. sugar

Stir together above ingredients and pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.

5 pounds of flour, 4 cans of 12 ounce beer will make 6 loaves of bread. Mix ingredients up as above for 1 loaf at a time, to get the right amount as needed for the 6 loaves.
