COUNTRY COLE SLAW 
2 carrots, thin sliced or shredded
6 c. cabbage, thin sliced or shredded
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 c. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Prepare vegetables. Add and combine remaining ingredients. Chill and serve. 6-8 servings.
