BRAN MUFFINS 
4 c. All Bran cereal
2 c. All Bran Buds cereal
2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Pour hot water over brans and set aside to cool. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add buttermilk. Add bran mixture. Add flour, salt, and soda. Stir well. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
