SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 c. sliced, stuffed green olives
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen scallops, thawed
1 c. cleaned, cooked shrimps
1 (5 oz.) can lobster, drained

Saute' onion in butter 3 minutes. Add flour, cayenne and blend. Add milk and cook until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
