SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour + 1/4 tsp. salt & dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked scallops
3 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

In a saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once, cooking and stirring until it thickens and bubbles. Stir in sour cream slowly. Add seafood, wine and parsley. Heat through. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
