FRED'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. crab
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
Paprika

Place rice, green pepper, celery, onion, and water chestnuts in a shallow 2 quart casserole. Mix together the mayonnaise, salt, tomato sauce, and pepper and pour 1/2 of this mixture over casserole. Place the shrimp, crab and scallops over this, then pour remainder of sauce over entire casserole. Sprinkle with almonds, cheese and paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
