SCOTCH EGGS 
4 hard boiled eggs
Flour
10 oz. sausage meat
Beaten egg
Bread crumbs
Deep fat for frying

Peel eggs and dust with flour. Coat each with 2-3 ounces sausage, keeping good shape. Brush with beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat for about 7 minutes.
