CHICKEN CHIP BAKE 
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups celery, sliced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
2 tsp. onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup American cheese, shredded
1 cup crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and chips. Pile lightly in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and chips. Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes.
