HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
4-6 chicken pieces

Combine first 10 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Yield: 4-6 servings.
