SAGE DRESSING 
12 c. bread cubes
1 c. broth or water
3/4 c. minced onion
1 to 2 c. chopped celery (including leaves)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. dried sage

Prepare 2- to 4-day old bread into cubes of desired size. Add the broth and mix. Add onion, celery and seasonings. Mix well. For moist stuffing, add more broth or water. This is enough stuffing for a 12-pound turkey.
