SAGE CORNBREAD DRESSING 
3 c. crumbled cornbread
2 c. coarsely crumbled day old bread
2 c. chicken broth
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 lg. onions, finely chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. dried whole sage, crushed

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
