DESSERT EGG CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. flour

Mix sugar, flour, milk and eggs. Pour in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Our hens have been laying lots of eggs lately, so I went looking for recipes that required lots of eggs. This recipe fit the bill perfectly. I did use 6 eggs instead of 4, because they were small (and I needed to use them up). I forgot the flour, but it didn't seem to make a difference. The recipe was very quick and easy to prepare and turned out great. The only thing I will do differently next time (besides remembering the flour) is to add less sugar. The custard was a little sweet for my taste. I prepared it as a custard and didn't put it in a pie shell.
