SAGE DRESSING 
15 slices bread
Hot water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. sage
1 c. broth, from chicken or turkey
Chopped giblets, optional

Let bread dry overnight. Break apart and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Toss in onion and giblets. Stir sage in broth and toss over bread. Add enough hot water to moisten all bread, leaving no water standing in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered.
