SAGE DRESSING FOR TURKEY 
3 - 3 1/2 lbs. bread
4 eggs
3 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. sage
1 lg. onion, diced
3 c. diced celery
Butter
6 c. chicken or turkey stock
1 c. milk, if needed

Tear or cut bread into 1/2" pieces. Place in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and dry seasonings. In skillet, saute onions and celery in batter over medium heat until tender. Add to bread mixture. Add stock and mix well. If mixture is too dry add milk until right consistency.
