HOT ARTICHOKE SEAFOOD DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat with shrimp, thawed, drained, and flaked
2 tbsp. dry seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased shallow 1 quart casserole. Microwave at medium (50% power) for 1 1/2 minutes; stir well. Microwave at medium for 6-7 minutes, stirring every 1 1/2 minutes until hot. Combine bread and parsley; sprinkle over top. Microwave at medium for 30- 45 seconds. Serve hot with favorite unsalted crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
