HOT SEAFOOD DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. mustard
3 to 6 tsp. white wine
12 oz. shrimp, crab or tuna

Over low flame mix cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients. Keep over heat for 1/2 hour or until mixture resembles a spread. The longer it cooks the stronger the flavor.

As it cooks oils from the cream cheese and mayonnaise will come to the top. Scoop this off with a spoon. (I have made this using light cream cheese and light mayonnaise and I didn't have the oil to skim off of the top.)
