HOT SEAFOOD DIP 
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 minced cloves garlic
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 lb. cooked shrimp
4 pickled banana peppers
1 fresh serene pepper
2 pickled jalapenos
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Dorito chips

Saute butter with onions until soft; do not burn. Add tomatoes, garlic and green onions; saute 2 minutes. Stir in peppers, parsley and cream cheese; cook 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and other ingredients heated through; well blended. Stir in shrimp and crab meat. Serve in chafing dish.
