HOT SEAFOOD DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 (4 1/2-6 oz.) can shrimp, lobster or crabmeat (well drained)

Melt cheese and butter. Add seafood and serve hot. A chafing dish works well for this dip. Serve with sesame sticks as crackers.
