"I DON'T HAVE TIME TO FIX
DINNER" CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 boxes (12 oz.) French fries
Velveeta cheese
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup

Pat raw ground beef evenly into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour the soup on the meat and smooth evenly, being sure to spread it to the edges of the pan to completely cover the meat. Sprinkle the French fries over the soup layer to completely cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Velveeta cheese.

Serves 4 to 6 people.
