CASSEROLE DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced
4 med. tomatoes, sliced or 1 can whole tomatoes
3 ears of corn or 1 can whole corn
2 to 3 good size potatoes, sliced or 2 cans sliced potatoes

Brown onion; add ground beef and brown. Add just a little water. Put in greased casserole dish, alternately layers of beef, tomatoes, and corn. Top with sliced raw potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with tossed salad and hard rolls or Italian bread.
