CASSEROLE DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. drippings
2 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese

Saute meat in drippings for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place half of potatoes in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with half of onions, beef, corn, pepper and soup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add remaining half of potatoes, meat, vegetables, soup and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
