ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP 
Make chicken soup as you normally would using the following ingredients:

Chicken
Carrots
Celery
Parsley
Onions
Chicken bouillon cubes
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaf

After the chicken is tender, remove all bones and shred or cut up meat and put back into the soup. When the vegetables are cooked, bring soup to boil and drop in the little meatballs (raw) while soup is boiling.

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
2 slices dry bread soaked in warm water
Salt, pepper, garlic salt and chopped onion
Parsley
Dry bread crumbs
Romano cheese

After adding meatballs, let simmer about 45 minutes. Add cooked and drained pasta and 1 package frozen chopped spinach or other greens. Serve with Romano cheese or seasoned croutons.
