1 pkg. hot dogs
1 sm. box instant potato
8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare instant potatoes according to directions on box. Cut each hot dog down center and place on baking dish, open. Place prepared potatoes on each hot dog. Grate cheddar cheese, sprinkle on top of each hot dog. Place in oven at 350 degrees just long enough to warm and melt cheese, approximately 10 minutes.
