1 c. catsup
1/2 c. mustard
1/4 c. horseradish
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
Oil
3 c. baked beans
1 pkg. hot dogs
2 c. sauerkraut
3/4 c. grated cheese
Bell pepper rings for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together: catsup, mustard, horseradish, honey and Worcestershire sauce. In oil, saute onion and bell pepper. spread baked beans in bottom of 2 quart baking dish, add 1 cup of catsup mix, spread sauteed vegetables over that, then place hot dogs on top. Put sauerkraut around hot dogs, pour on remaining catsup. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven, sprinkle on cheese, garnish; bake 5 minutes longer; serve.
