HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
2 lb. potatoes, cooked & diced
1 lb. hot dogs, cut into 1" slices
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 finely chopped carrots

Saute hot dogs in oil, drain. Saute onions until tender. Add kraut, celery seed, salt, pepper and beef broth. Simmer 15 minutes. Spoon onto large platter. Sprinkle carrots and bell peppers on top. Toss well. Serves 6.
