CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Salt & pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1/4 c. water

Cook cabbage until tender. Separate leaves. Mix hamburger, onion, green pepper, rice, salt, pepper and one can of soup. Fill cabbage leaves with mixture; wrap securely. Line dish with unused leaves. Place rolls on top; put remaining leaves over rolls. Pour second can of soup and remaining water over dish. Simmer all day.
