CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt & pepper
1 green pepper, diced cracker crumbs
1 lg. can tomato juice

Mix ingredients together and roll in balls. Boil cabbage head whole while mixing ingredients until soft. Wrap meatballs with cabbage leaf. Stick with toothpick. Put in deep cooker and pour tomato juice over them. Simmer for one hour or until done.
