SPICY CABBAGE ROLLS | |
1 green head cabbage 1 lb. ground beef 3 tbsp. chopped onion 3 tbsp. chopped celery 3/4 c. cooked rice Dash black pepper 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, undrained (Rotel) 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. water 1/4 tsp. salt Remove 10 large outer leaves of cabbage; cook in salted boiling water about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Combine next 8 ingredients. Place equal portions of meat on each leaf. Roll and place seam side down in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage. Cover and bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. |
