CHINESE CHEWS 
#1 - CRUST:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. white sugar

#2 - FILLING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs, beaten well
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix filling - spread on top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. I use 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Bake crust first - 350 degrees until brown.
