CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 pkgs. Ritz crackers (6 oz.)
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter
4 chicken breasts
12 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Boil or bake chicken breasts and break into pieces. Melt butter, crush crackers and mix with poppy seeds in baking dish. Take out 1 cup and set aside for topping. Make crust with remainder. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup in bowl and add chicken. Pour soup and chicken mixture into crust. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
