3 med. to lg. peeled cucumbers, very thinly sliced
1/2 pint WHIPPING cream
1 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper
4 tbsp. dark vinegar
5 tbsp. white sugar
1 small onion, chopped

Beat cream, vinegar, sugar and onion powder with mixer until very, very thick. It takes awhile, but must be thick; but do not beat til it turns to butter!

Add salt and pepper. Drain cukes. Add to cream and mix well.

Good by itself, but very good on mashed potatoes.
