MASHED POTATOES CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs
8-10 potatoes
1 lg. brick cream cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Boil and mash potatoes. Add butter and cream cheese.

Whip eggs (wire whip). Now add eggs to potato mixture. Whip completely until blended and smooth.

Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
