GREEN CHILIES BEANS 
1 (1 lb.) bag brown pinto beans
1 jar salsa
1 can green chilies
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1 lb. pkg. sausage
1 med. onion
Dash of garlic salt
Salt to taste
1 can Rotel diced chilies and tomatoes (optional)

Wash and cook pinto beans until done. Add ground beef (browned) with sauteed onions, also browned sausage to cooked pinto beans. Stir in salsa, green chilies, salt, garlic salt to taste and Rotel if desired. If not of desired consistency you may add tomato juice. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes. May serve as a main dish, or great with cookouts.
