DANA'S AMERICAN CARNIVORE CHILI | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 medium onions, diced 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans mild seasoned chili beans 1 (15 oz.) can roasted garlic diced tomatoes (Hunts) 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's) 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. paprika salt, to taste In a large frying pan combine ground beef and diced onions on medium heat till cooked thoroughly. Combine all other ingredients in a 2-quart pot or in a Crock-Pot and add meat and onion mixture. Simmer your American Carnivore Chili on low heat for about 4 to 5 hours for best flavor or serve immediately. Submitted by: Dana Prue |
