FRUIT FILLED SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can pie filling

Use a jelly roll pan. Gradually add sugar to butter in large mixing bowl. Cream at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. At low speed, add flour and lemon. Pour into well greased and floured 15 x 18 x 1 inch pan. Mark off 24 squares in your mind. Put 1 heaping teaspoon pie filling in each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes (check starting at 25 minutes). Cool and sift confectioners's sugar over squares.
