FRUIT FILLED MELON 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1 med. cantaloupe
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. fresh blueberries

Prepare honey dressing by stirring together egg, honey, orange rind and orange juice in small pan over low heat. Stir constantly until thickened, 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat. Refrigerate covered until well chilled. Fold in yogurt. Cut cantaloupe into quarters. Scoop out seeds.

Fold strawberries and blueberries into dressing. Divide fruit mixture into dressing. Divide fruit mixture among cantaloupe quarters. 4 servings. 153 calories per serving.
