CHEESE CHILI ROLL 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (7 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
Dash of garlic salt

Divide Velveeta cheese in thirds and roll between waxed paper. Mix cheese, chilies and garlic salt. Spread over Velveeta cheese and roll. Wrap in foil and chill. Will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator.
