STUFFED SHELLS 
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained good
1 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
10 manicotti shells

Combine egg, spinach, chicken, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into uncooked shells. Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (not touching).

SAUCE:

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. boiling water
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. parsley

Combine soup, sour cream, milk and Italian seasoning. Pour over shells; pour water around. Cover with foil.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 60 to 65 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
