STUFFED SHELLS OR MANICOTTI 
1 extra lg. Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce
3 lbs. hamburger, cooled well
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
2 pkgs. frozen spinach (chopped), cooked as directed, cool
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Garlic powder to taste
Salt & pepper & parsley
About 1/4 c. bread crumbs to hold together

Cook shells, brown hamburger and drain well. Mix ricotta cheese with eggs; drain spinach well and add to other ingredients; mix well. Stuff shells, put half of sauce on bottom of casserole, layer shells pour remaining sauce on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
